So I just downloaded my pc game called Battlefield 2, but when I try to play it all I see is the Battlefield 2 game title. Then the screen goes black and it blinks a few times and goes back to my desktop page. How do I fix it so I dont get pissed off.I just downloaded Battlefield 2 on my Hp Pavilion a810n but there are problems, how can I fix it?
Apparently your motherboard has onboard graphics as standard which is not capable of running the game, so you will have to buy a new graphics card if this true. Your motherboard is AGP so you will need an AGP graphics card, the best AGP card is the ati 4670, but a 3650 or 2800xt or x1900 will do, make sure it is AGP and not PCI-e. Also your pc only comes with 512mb of ram as standard, so you will be wanting at least another 512mb, but you would be better off with more especially if you are running vista or 7.
Check your hardware here: http://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/CY鈥?/a>
Uninstall and reinstall.
Preferrably in safe mode, if you know what that is.
If that doesn't help, then there's something wrong with either the installer or the specs on your computer.I just downloaded Battlefield 2 on my Hp Pavilion a810n but there are problems, how can I fix it?
reinstall it
What kind of video card do you have? make sure it meets the requirements. Also, download the latest updates for the game and the latest drivers for your video card. another reason for the problem could be your video card over heatingI just downloaded Battlefield 2 on my Hp Pavilion a810n but there are problems, how can I fix it?
1.install direct x drivers
2 re install the game
3 maybe your video card does not support the game.
4.make sure that you have at least 512mb of ram
